Thank you for ordering from The Adulting Kit.

This Shipping Policy explains how orders placed through theadultingkit.co.uk are processed and delivered.

1. Order processing

All orders are processed and dispatched within 5 working days of your order being placed.

Working days are Monday to Friday and do not include weekends or UK public holidays.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email.

Please note that during particularly busy periods, processing may occasionally take a little longer. If there is an unexpected delay with your order, I will do my best to keep you informed.

2. Delivery

Orders are sent to the delivery address provided when you place your order.

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times depend on the postal or delivery service being used and are outside of my direct control.

Any delivery times shown on the Website are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.

Please make sure your delivery address is correct before completing your order. I cannot be responsible for delays or additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided at checkout.

3. Delivery charges

Any applicable delivery charges will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

4. Delayed or missing orders

If your order has not arrived within a reasonable period after you receive your dispatch confirmation, please contact me at theadultingkit@gmail.com.

I will do my best to help locate the order and, where appropriate, contact the delivery provider.

Please be aware that delivery delays can sometimes occur due to circumstances outside of my control.

5. Damaged orders

If your book arrives damaged, please contact me at theadultingkit@gmail.com as soon as possible after receiving your order.

Please include your order details and, where possible, photographs showing the damage. This will help me assess the issue and determine the appropriate solution.

6. Incorrect or missing items

If you receive the wrong item or something is missing from your order, please contact me at theadultingkit@gmail.com and I will look into the issue and arrange an appropriate solution.

7. Changes to your delivery address

If you realise that you have provided an incorrect delivery address, please contact me as soon as possible at theadultingkit@gmail.com.

I will do my best to update the address before the order is dispatched, but I cannot guarantee that changes will be possible once an order has been processed or dispatched.
