After placing your order, you should receive an order confirmation by email.

An order confirmation does not necessarily mean that your order has been accepted. Your order will be accepted when I confirm that it has been accepted and/or when the product is dispatched, as applicable.

I reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where there is a genuine reason to do so, such as a pricing error, stock issue, suspected fraudulent transaction or inability to fulfil the order.

If I cancel an order after you have paid, I will provide a full refund of the amount you paid for the cancelled order.

 

8. Payment

Payments made through the Website are processed using Wix and its relevant payment processing services.

I do not normally receive or have access to your full payment card details.

Payment must be successfully received before an order can be processed and dispatched.

 

9. Shipping and delivery

Orders are normally processed and dispatched within 5 working days of the order being placed.

Working days are Monday to Friday and do not include weekends or UK public holidays.

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery times depend on the postal or delivery service used and are outside of my direct control.

Any delivery times shown on the Website are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly stated otherwise.

10. Returns, cancellations and refunds

If you purchase a physical copy of The Adulting Kit online, you may generally have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the book, subject to the applicable legal requirements.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

 

11. Faulty, damaged or incorrect products

If your book arrives faulty, damaged or is not as described, please contact me at theadultingkit@gmail.com.

I will work with you to resolve the issue in accordance with your legal rights.

Depending on the circumstances, this may include a replacement, refund or other appropriate remedy.

Your statutory rights under UK consumer law are not affected by these Terms & Conditions.

 

12. Availability

I will make reasonable efforts to keep products available for purchase through the Website.

However, I cannot guarantee that The Adulting Kit will always be in stock.

If a product becomes unavailable after you have placed an order, I will contact you and, where appropriate, provide a refund.
